La Prairie: Propelled La Prairie from sole focus on U.S. department stores into ecommerce / digital / social and CRM, significantly growing revenues – now 20% of the overall business.  Conceived and crafted Partnership such as long standing relationship with Art Basel as well as Baccarat.

Aerie: Created $500M intimate apparel and lifestyle brand Aerie for American Eagle Outfitters, including naming, brand positioning, creative, and merchandising strategies; Generated the spark to launch of Aerin by Estée Lauder.

Milani Cosmetics:  Coached Founders and Leadership Team during the sales process led by Moelis & Company to Gryphon – enhancing positioning of the business to investors, elevating team performance and dynamics, and optimizing the sale outcome.

Soma: Developed digital / social / press campaign for Soma Intimates, boosting sales results, driving brand engagement, and yielding more positive sentiments and brand image particularly among customers and new first time buyers.

Colgate Palmolive: Transformed marketing of Colgate oral care products from individual items into a cohesive brand, boosting innovation and new product launches, overtaking category leadership from P&G.

Matouk:  Elevated brand positioning, messaging, brand identity leading to a business transformation from a wholesale brand to a sought after luxury linen and lifestyle brand.

Amore Pacific: Crafted specific channel strategies, with a specific focus on boosting ecommerce and efficiently boosting sales at Sephora.

Tommy Bahama: Developed integrated marketing strategies, and new omnichannel creative campaign for owned retail, wholesale, restaurant, and e-commerce business units. Expanded appeal among younger male as well as female cohorts. Reached demographic target.

DHC:  Achieved a comprehensive business brand overhaul to transform this catalogue driven, unknown Japanese beauty brand into omnichannel beloved beauty brand. Tailored brand strategy for US Market and reversed sales decline to double digit growth. Coached President regarding overall staff assessments and team optimization for new skills requirements. Redirected resources and funding to ecommerce / digital and  gaining US retail distribution

Perricone MD: Key architect of the global Perricone MD vision, strategy, omnichannel marketing and creative, including bringing the Founder Story of Dr. Perricone to life in fresh and compelling ways leveraging digital and social media.

Lime Crime: Coached Leadership Team post acquisition by Tengram Partners on principles of marketing planning, product portfolio strategies, product development calendar, brand building customer engagement and innovation ideation.
